Young People
Get Set aims to use the power of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games to inspire and engage children and young people across the UK.
It’s all about encouraging children and young people to live out the Olympic and Paralympic Values of friendship, respect, courage, excellence, determination, inspiration and equality.
The programme is driven by an interactive website, which features a host of free resources for 3 to 19 year-olds to get them thinking about these Values. Resources range from sound and word matching games, activity sheets, quizzes and puzzles for younger children, to inspirational films and teamwork, problem solving and leadership exercises for older students.
